Groceries Checklist
Hi There! 👋
Thank you for supporting my Groceries Checklist!
I’m a student and I created Groceries checklist to help manage my day-day life as a student.
Tired of facing decision fatigue? This is for you.
Studies have shown that people who plan their meals live healthier and less stressful lives
(Ducrot et al. 2017).
Here’s a little background story of why I created this.
This was the groceries checklist that I wished I had when I first started studying abroad. I was completely new to an environment and living alone was difficult. I was one of the many students who struggle to think of what to cook daily.
I have tried all sorts of methods trying to make proper meal plans, checklist after checklist and having a complete whiteboard filled with Monday to Friday meal plans. It didn’t work.
